Control Part
Both sides of the machines have operation boards. The back side is attached
to the main panel.

Winding Part
- Beam lifting Device : Automatically lifted by selecting the beam diameter
and employed the AC-Motor system.
- Beam doffing Device : Automatically positioned in the center by the
AC Motor system.
- Beam Driving Device : Drived by the AC-Motor and controlled by the inverter.
- Brake : Emergency-stop possible in hydraulic brake method
- Front Roller : The electronic brake adhesion and emergency stop
- Taping device : Used to add tapes in finishing the beam work.
- Reed Device : Both sides of it can be adjusted in accordance with the
beam width by using a motor. It also adjusts the volume and speed of the
traverse.
- Static Electricity Eliminator : Installed between the reed part and the
measuring roll

Oiling Part
- Oiling Roller : The speed can be adjusted by the speed adjusting motor.
If required, it can be lofted and descended.
- Oiling Pump : The level of oiling is automatically adjusted. The oil is
supplied from the auxiliary tank by the oil pump.
- Yarn Fixing Device : Prevents yarn from vibrating.

Roller Tension Part
- Tension Control : The 2 rollers are attached on it and controlled by
the powder brake. The angle of them is changed by the range of tension.
- Measuring Roller : Measures the yarn length and emergency-stop by the
electronic brake.
- Fluff Detector : Precisely detects Fluff detector even at high speed.
- Tension Measuring Part : Load cell it will count is measures the tension
of the yarn due to
- Static Electricity Eliminator : Installed between the reed part and the
measuring roller
- Yarn Fixing Device : Prevents yarn from vibrating.

Creel
Features
Suitable to wind yarn around bobbins or drums, this warper automatically stops
when yarn cuts. The indicator lights up on the cut part to immediately find
it. Besides, the creel stand has the operation switch for starting or stopping
this warper, so that the work efficiency is much more improved. Turntable-type
creels or truck-type creels can be applied, which is possible to use a lot of
creel in the small workplace.
